1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FastDoc platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. FastDoc reserves the right to modify or revise these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Use License

By using FastDoc, you grant us a limited license to use your data for the following purposes:

  • Generate medical documentation and SOAP notes for clinical use
  • Process and analyze patient encounter information provided by authorized medical professionals
  • Store and retrieve your clinical records in accordance with applicable laws
  • Improve and optimize our AI models with de-identified data (only with your consent)
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance services

3. Medical Professional Requirements

FastDoc is designed for licensed medical professionals only. You warrant that you are a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or other qualified healthcare provider with the legal authority to use this Service. You agree to maintain valid licensure and credentials, and to immediately notify us of any changes to your medical license or professional status. Unauthorized use of FastDoc by unlicensed individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Patient Data Responsibility

As a medical professional using FastDoc, you bear full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ethical use of patient data you enter into the system:

  • You are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent and following HIPAA regulations
  • You must not enter false, inaccurate, or misleading patient information
  • You must ensure all patient data entered is properly de-identified or obtained with explicit consent
  • You retain full clinical responsibility for all documented information generated through our AI assistance

5. AI-Generated Documentation

FastDoc's AI technology assists in creating medical documentation. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • FastDoc provides AI-generated suggestions only; you retain full clinical responsibility for reviewing and approving all documentation
  • You must not rely solely on AI-generated content without clinical review and verification
  • All medical documentation must be reviewed, edited, and signed by the responsible healthcare provider

6. Limitation of Liability

FastDoc is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. FastDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), is owned by FastDoc, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. The AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology used by FastDoc are the exclusive intellectual property of FastDoc and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Account Termination

FastDoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if: (a) you violate these Terms of Service; (b) you engage in any conduct that FastDoc deems inappropriate or harmful; (c) your medical license is revoked or suspended; or (d) we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred through the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service. You waive any objections to venue in these courts.
